Hello, and welcome to Final Fantasy Answers. What question do you have today?

Honestly, that's Apples and Oranges. While they're both great characters in their own rights, Kefka's quality was his personality while Lavos' quality was his mystery and obvious threat. (You see the result of him destroying the world to get a clear idea how dangerous he is) So it's difficult to compare them. But in terms of creativity and power? I prefer Lavos. In terms of screentime and interaction with the heroes, I'd say Kefka's got that easily in the bag over Lavos. LockeSig 21:54, November 16, 2013 (UTC)

Yeah, it's hard to compare the two.  One is a parasitic meteorite that wiped out a race, caused an ice age, then absorbed the planet's life energy for literally millions of years to rise and annihilate its populace again.  The other is a charismatic psychopath who obtains the power of the gods and brings the world to ruin.  Both pretty badass.  Enuo5 Enuo 16:31, November 18, 2013 (UTC)
